One of our dome cameras quit working. I believe the issue is with the power source. If I connect the power source from our other camera, it works fine. Can I buy a power unit from you? Is it under warranty? We bought 2 cameras last October (2021).

Audio and microphone sound bad. Can barely understand what is being said. Not sure if this is defective or is just working as designed. Especially bad when we try to take to someone live.
