a31 camera offline mode

the camera goes in offline mode. everytime i go out of the app and return the camera switched off. and the lid of the ptz goes up in sleeping mode.

  Hi, yes, when the camera under the device off mode, the lens will goes into the cover.

  and how do you stop from doing that? as its annoying to have it off all the time

  Use the app to contact support.  They'll either get you fixed or send out a replacement.
