  no, they did not response and did not help me or send me any replacement unit. Blurams sucks!!! I was so angry and bought a google nest doorbell. Nest doorbell give a much better experience when compare with this rubbish Blurams shit. I would suggest you buy other doorbell instead of waiting them. They will not help you.
