    Contact support, they'll get you a replacement right away.  Just tell them what trouble shooting methods you've tried.  I had an issue with the outdoor camera, reported it Monday. My replacement would be here tomorrow.

    I have unpluged it, held the reset button in for wsy linger then it calls for.bi dont thinkbit is reseting and it wont scan QR code. I removed the device completely gonna try to set it back up but it wont readcthecQRCode for that either

    I've got four cameras, I'm not experiencing what you are experiencing, I've had other issues, and they resolved the matter is pretty quickly. In fact I've got a replacement on the way.  You may also try taking your SD card out, then trying the process again, just an idea in case it may be bad.  

    If everything still does not work, open your app, click on your profile icon at the bottom right, then select help and feedback, then see if any of those troubleshooting sections May help, if not go back to that same page and utilize the, contact us, Link at the bottom, I have no doubt they will get you taken care of or replace your camera. Hope this helps!
