Doorbell chime has stopped working

Once doorbell is pressed no sound is given from doorbell or chime. The chime plug is plugged very close to the doorbell.

  Hi,

  1, turning the door bell off, and then back on.
  2, Please keep the doorbell, and Chime as close as possible during pairing.
  3, Please press the left button until see the green light and a beep sound of the Chime.
  4, Tap the ring button on the doorbell, then press the Ringtone button on the Chime to finish the pairing.

  I am having this same issue. I have paired it numerous times. It is 3 feet away from the chime. It will not ring

  @Blurams support - Issue still continues, no sound from chime or doorbell once pressed after following your troubleshooting.
