If your security camera is not working or appears to be defective, please follow these basic troubleshooting steps to help determine the issue based on the status of the indicator light:

The indicator light is on
If the indicator light is on, it indicates that the power adapter and power cord are functioning correctly. Please press the set button for 10-20 seconds until you see the red light flashing, and then attempt to reset the device.
If the indicator light is solid green or solid red, please contact support@blurams.com for further assistance.

The indicator light is off
If the indicator light is off, please ensure that the power supply is functioning correctly and that you are using the original power adapter and power cord. If the device still cannot power on, note that the minimum output for the power adapter is 5V/1A (A21C: 5V/2A, Outdoor Lite: 12V/1A).
If the device shows the indicator light when using another power adapter and power cord, the issue may be with the defective power adapter or cord.
If the device still cannot show the indicator light, please contact support@blurams.com for further assistance.
Also, Please provide the following information to us, our support team will reply to you within 24h:
- A screenshot or PDF of the invoice from your purchase (or a picture of the receipt if you bought it from a store)
- The MAC address of your camera. Step: Camera settings>Technical Info>MAC address
- Your current shipping address
- Your blurams account (personal email address)
In addition, please provide the following information to our support team:
- A screenshot or PDF of the invoice from your purchase (or a picture of the receipt if you bought it from a store)
- The MAC address of your camera. This can be found in Camera Settings > Technical Info > MAC address.
- Your current shipping address
- Your personal email address associated with your Blurams account
