If you want to delete or cancel your account from our cloud server, please follow the steps below:
- Open the Blurams app and go to the "Me" section.
- Tap the top right icon "
”and then tap on "Account". - Select "Account Cancellation" and carefully read the confirmation message.
- Enter the verification code to complete the cancellation process.
We would appreciate it if you could contact us before canceling your account if you encounter any issues or problems. Our support team is available to assist you and ensure that your experience with our products is as smooth as possible.
Please Note: All account cannot be retrieved after cancellation.
