If your family or friends also need access to the device(s) under your account, there are several ways to grant them access:
-
Log in with the same account
To grant access to your devices for family or friends, you can ask them to download the "blurams" app on their phone and login with your account credentials. This will give them the same privileges and permissions as you, including the ability to delete devices, turn off cameras, and download videos. However, before sharing your account with others, it's important to make sure that you trust them with these privileges.
-
Share your device(s) with other accounts
If you prefer not to share your account with family or friends, you can still grant them access to specific devices through the device sharing option.
First, make sure that your family member or friend has registered a new account with their own email address on the "blurams" app. To find the device sharing option, go to the device live page in your own account, tap the button in the upper right corner of the page, and then go to Preferences -> Device Sharing -> Invite Family. Enter the email address associated with your friend or family member's blurams account. The device will then appear in the device list of their account.
By using this method, your family member or friend will only have access to the basic functions you allow, such as real-time video, voice intercom, screenshots, and historical videos. They will not be able to modify device settings or receive notifications.
Note: The blurams account is the email address registered.
