My device stopped working and isn't connected to my internet any longer. It also won't reboot. I tried several times. It only stays on the red solid light. Please advise.

If the device status keeps solid red light, please use the original power adapter and cord. If still can't see the red light flashing, please use another 5V/1A, 5V/1.5A power adapter. If still can't see the red light flashing, it seems the device needs to reinstall the firmware, if it's convenient for you, we'll appreciate it if you can update it manually, we can provide the firmware and instruction for you, please let us know what your thoughts.
