Camera failed to connect to the server

I have working A30 camera for 2 years now and recently i moved it to other rooms, however i cant reconnect it through apps. I have followed the instruction and it says " Wifi connection successful " And camera is trying to connect to the server". However it always failed to connect. I tried to open my spare brand new in box A30 in case the previous one is broken, but the new one also has the same problem. The other 3 blurams are working fine in my network.
