Camera failed to connect to the server

I have working A30 camera for 2 years now and recently i moved it to other rooms, however i cant reconnect it through apps. I have followed the instruction and it says " Wifi connection successful " And camera is trying to connect to the server". However it always failed to connect. I tried to open my spare brand new in box A30 in case the previous one is broken, but the new one also has the same problem. The other 3 blurams are working fine in my network.

  I have two A30C cameras both started having the same issue.

  I am having the same issue.  Did anyone get it fixed?

  Had same issue. Finally found that I had to go into my home internet, Spectrum, and then have my devices connect to my 2.4 ghz, not my 5ghz. That fixed it.

  Hello admin blurams,

  I have bluram since 3 years ago, now i want using this cam but now i have a problem Camera failed to connect to the server, please help... i had 2 unit cam blurams A30.
