Hi There, if the camera said can't connect to the server, please try to set up the camera closer to the wifi router, then add it to the network again.
If still not working, please provide the MAC address to our support team, which is shown at the bottom of the device, or you can see it in the app>- Camera settings>Technical Info>MAC address, so we can help to fix it better.

I placed camera next to my router, it still cant reconnect. I tried to use my wife phone and still cant reconnect. I usually move the camera and reconnect without problems.
A30 The MAC address is Mac: 20323345A7B8.
A30 The MAC address is MAC:2032334694FD. ( this camera is my spare brand new in box that I just opened)

I am having the same problem the lidgt in front stays red. The app promps me to hold the reset button until it beeps and the light is flashing. But holding the reset button only results in the lifht flashin once and stayin on, so I cant get oast that step and Iv only had mine for 2 months

they have given the solution and i solved this problem. you have to update the camera firmware manually.

Hello, I am having that problem too..
I used my IPAD and Android phone and the camera can connect to the network BUT can not connect to the server.

The office was relocated, and the six cameras had problems one after another. They all prompt "The camera cannot connect to the server". The products are all outdoor cameras A21C. After firmware upgrade, the problem is not resolved. I desperately need help, thanks!

I will put aside the response you deserve for you disrespectful post. I read before posting, tried tour solution, your solution doesn't work!!! My camera is A31, has the latest firmware, and still presents the same issue

The best way to solve your problems is email them personally. support@blurams.com. the link that they had given me 2 years ago is not there now, you cant find the zipped files now and you have different type of cameras that might need different solutions. I posted the MAC codes and everything and they didn't response in this forum, i had to email them personally to get answers

You need to update the camera firmware..format the microsd card into fat32
-put the new firmware(extracted files in root directory.
-power on your blurams unit wth the microsd inside and wait for the update.

we don`t have latest firmware. anyone can share the latest firmware of A30 camera. I did not recommend anyone to buy this camera in future.
