The app can't detect the SD card

If the cameras can't detect the SD card, please try to troubleshoot it via the below step:

1. Please make sure the SD card works properly by testing the write and read files functions on a computer via an SD card reader, then insert the SD card in the device.
2. Please power off the device before inserting the SD card.
3. The device only supports the FAT32 and exFAT format SD card. Please format the SD card into FAT32 or exFAT format on your computer before inserting it into the device.
4. The SD card capacity is 8GB ~ 128GB.
