Multiple issues.
First thing first. My account has a login from north Korea. I live in California and I'm not of Asian decent nor do I know anyone there. Secondly I was picked to get a free outdoor camera and never received compensation for it. I was picked in late June. It's been 2 months. I have more issues too. I will wait for a response of some sort to go over them. I am disappointed with customer service because I have emailed about these issues and received no response. Which is weird because I have unlocked there feature that should make getting support faster.
