    Good luck with getting a response - don't hold your breath! I'm still waiting for a resolution to my faulty doorbell which I logged in June.

    I'm not sure Blurams actually have a support team, just somebody who responds on Twitter to give the impression that they will respond quickly to try to stop the public slating.
