    I was told they'd contact me within one business day about this issue. They haven't. Still doesn't work. I understand there are other home security services available like Ring. I will think strongly about checking them out if this isn't fixed. Shabby, to say the least.

    I understand that programming takes time but I dropped 500 bucks on gear and subscription you would think they could afford better man power…

    yeah, you'd think.the lack of response is usually the sign of a scam but since they seem to work and deliver (for the most part) I'm inclined to give them a (very) small amount of slack. Still, good point. They could at least let us know the status

    by this response and the facts the ptz is still not working, they must have taken the feature from us that bought cameras but not the subscription.  :/

    No, it's that way for me too again. I subscribe and the fixed it a few days ago and apparently the service that the pan/tilt buttons connect to is down again :-(
