Notifications

The notifications aren’t happening for me. I have followed all the steps and I’m not getting anything. Kinda feels silly since I got this so I could make sure my dog is behaving while I’m not home. I’ve turned everything off and turned all notifications back on as well. There is no stop schedule. Anyone know what to do?
