First the voice says ,,,,,you need to turn on the positioning switch to get WiFi information
I contacted help center, they told me to unplug, reset the camera and do the manual connection,,,I did, now the voice says....failed to find WiFi, check the name again

I have 5g as well, could this be the problem? but I do not use it. Is there a way to set the network to just the 2.4G

I had to call my internet provider and they set up a separate 2.4g network. However the camera still won't connect!
