Problem with the vertical movement of the lens of my A31

Hi,

Sometimes when I turn off my A31 camera, the lens does not goes back completely and it is not hidden so there is a privacy issue here.

And sometimes when I turn on the camera, the status light turns on but the lens stays completely hidden, or just goes downward a little and stays partially hidden toward the ceiling.

Have any of you experience such problem that would indicate a software problem, or am I the only one and this would be more of a physical/technical problem with my camera and I should ask for a replacement (under waranty) ?

  By the way I already tried to reset the camera a couple of times and that does not fix the issue.

  Even after the reset I still encounter the problem.

  I’m having the same problem!!! Now it won’t even connect to the wifi. I reset so many times and no luck
