Camera position stuck point towards wall

My camera will point towards wall and not move even if someone walks by and should be tracked. I have set the areas I want the camera to track in and it’s not staying there. It is only looking at a small slice of that area and not moving

  Hi, for the issue you mentioned, please try to turn off the motion tracking feature in the blurams app, if still not working, please try to press the set button to reset the camera, then add it to the network again.
