SD Card Playback Stopped Working 7/21/22

After the latest app update 5.1049.23 my playback from SD card will not work. I can only view live video feed but not able to view recorded events on my SD card.

  mine stopped yesterday on all 6 of my cameras. formatted SD cards. still no playback

  I’m having trouble viewing mine as well. Live is fine, but just keeps spinning when trying to watch playback.

  I am having the same problem just recently. Kept on spinning and trying to load but after awhile it just jumped to live cam. Preemp events leading up to this point was that it just took time to load playback video (which is unacceptable) but it did playback. Now it just won't playback period.
