    I am experiencing the exact same problem. Started happening a few days ago. It seems like it happened when they released the update for their AppStore app on Thursday 7/21/22

    How about it Blurams Customer Service? You told me to post the issue here for a solution and response. After 4 days you have not addressed this. Please provide a working solution, otherwise it appears the cameras are defective and require warranty replacement. Thank you.

    I Have four cameras and three have playback issues. On thing I did discover with mine is when I'm on same network playbacks can be had with out issue. If I toggle to Cell network playback stops working. Only one camera is no effected (Always works)

    Hello. Blurams Support. Thank you for fixing what appears to have been a problem with your App. It appears to be functioning properly (allowing SD Playback) again. What was recorded (and there were recordings) during the time of the problem with your App, is now also viewable. Thank you again. Adjenda

    Maybe the problem has resurfaced, I have the same issues now in 2025.
