Camera does not center back after tracking an event

Hi,

When I installed the camera, I use the "reset PTZ" so it would have a "centered" view.

Later when my camera detected an event, it tracked someone moving and turned during the recording of the event.

The problem is that after the event, when there is nothing more moving in the field of view, the camera does not center back to the original position.

So now the camera is waiting for the next event, but the lens is turned very far to the left side, so if something happens just a little to the right of the center position, the camera won't event see it.

I did not find any setting to specify that I would like the camera to center back after every event.

Is there a way to fix that ?

  Hi, For the issue about the lens won't go back to the center, the default setting is won't back to the center. We'll feed back it to our product team, and fix it in the future.

  still no solution I guess I have the same problem the cam wants to position it self to a fixed object( like the wall) and therefore makes it useless

  Could be an idea for the A31, to include a kind of recenter fonction when the target is no more interesting or moving. Same situation as marcv4 explained.

  Looking at the ceiling or looking behind at the wall. Useless! in tracking movement at this time
