    We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced, and we are more than happy to assist you with this concern. 

    We would recommend switching to another phone's network to play the live stream. If still can't play live stream, please let us know if you can see the past playback in the timeline, and please try to reinstall the blurams app.

    If above all is not working, we'll appreciate it if you can provide a screenshot when you play the live stream, so we can check it on the cloud server.
