No sound on alarm notofication

I get the notification on the top of my phones screen, but i dont get a sound like a beep i have on other apps notifications. I checked all settings in this app an on my phone settings. I cant found anything i can do. I have an samsung s20. Please for any help.

  Hi, the sound of the alarm notification is on the system settings, please do the following steps:

  1, Tap on Settings

  2, Tap on Apps

  3, Choose the blurams App

  4, Tap on Notifications

  5, Choose a Category

  6, Set the Sound and turn on/off Vibration

  I did it. No vibration. On off vibration. I tried everything. I have a samsung s20. Please help. I need sound
