A11C solar panel

Hi! I have the solar panel attached and can see the sun on it, but it still shows as battery charge, never shows as solar panel charging. It is slowly losing juice and never goes up so I’m guessing the solar panel isn’t working on it. Any ideas to get it working?

  Hi, please place the solar panel face to the sunshine, and usually it will charge when the sunshine faces the panel, and it will show as the battery charge.

  So we left it as packaged. The sun was directly on it, but the battery drained. When I took it off to charge we realized that the end that goes from the solar panel to the camera had a white piece on it that must have been preventing a good connection. So hoping this helps if someone else has the same issue.

  Now that I’ve figured out the solar panel I had an update today that locked up both cameras. I got home and took one off to reconnect and I am unable to get the flashing lights back. It just is either solid red or solid blue. How can I get it to flashing lights so I can reconnect it to my profile?
