No audible phone alert

I am getting phone alerts and notifications but there is no vibration or sound. The only way to tell if I have an alert is to check my phone. How can I receive audible phone alert.

  Please try to turn on the audio for the notification in the phone system. For iOS version, please go to the iPhone setting, search blurams, find the notification, turn on the audio.
