Motion sensitivity all cameras
This has never been addressed, I have six cameras, talk to my brother into buying some and he has five now. The different types of motion detection that this camera advertises it has, does not work. Human form, human face, it doesn't matter, it's going to pick up a small insect flying across the screen or a tiny leaf blowing across the ground.
I have the latest software on each camera, I have the indoor a31, the outdoor PTZ and the new lite4. Why have these settings, when they do not work? Don't get me wrong, for the price and the other things that it does very well, it's still worth it, but kind of frustrating that the product says it will do some things, and it actually doesn't.
And what's worse, so far, I've asked this at least three different times over the past few weeks and no one in support provides answers to that question. I have the latest software, and I have it set on the lowest setting for sensitivity and it still picks up everything that comes across the screen no matter how small or large. Thanks in advance for resolving this matter, even if it's just to say we are aware of the problem and we are working on it :-)
Note: the drop-down menu that allows us to pick a topic, does not include an option for all cameras, just for individual so I selected the outdoor, but just so you know it is happening with both the indoor and outdoor and three different models!

Hi, About the false alert notification, our engineers are actively engaged in resolving this issue. We suggest that you can place it on another place and test it again. The Library can select the alert type, so you can find the exact type.

I have absolutely no alert whatsoever and no motion detection my Lense has not budged

I just purchased two A31 cameras and after three days I am having the same issue. No matter which sensitivity level you choose it alerts when a bug flies by at night, or in the daytime when sunlight from outside casts a shadow that moves on the wall inside the house.
