How to reinstall free 24 hour event recording

Need help with how to reinstall. I deleted it (without knowing that would happen) while changing WiFi logins at a new location.

  Each device comes with a lifetime 24 Hours/1 Day events recording, and it won't charge,  you can activate it through the device’s [Preferences/Settings]  -> [Storage] -> [Record video to Cloud], turn on it. The free lifetime 24 Hours events recording will be activated automatically. You can access it in the Library or the timeline on the live page.
