camera repeatedly blinds itself. it tracks subjects until it tilts too high or low and gets stuck in its own face

  Hi, Please try to press the set button to reset the camera, then add it to the network again, and place it on the special position, make sure it doesn't need to move too high or low.

  i have reset them and readded them a couple times but i will do it again. as far as where they are, i need them to be on the ceiling and to be able to cover the area that they do. i took the advertised range of motion into consideration when i purchased them and mounted them.

  also is there a way to set a default position for them? i have an outdoor ptz with motion tracking from a different manufacturer and it has a default position that it returns to after tracking a subject that leaves it’s sight. after a set amount of time it returns to that position automatically. it is old and was cheap and it eventually gets pointed at nothing and doesn’t reset but i’m sure you guys could implement that better.
