Outdoor PTZ

Way too sensitive on the lowest setting. If I select human shape as a filter, it picks up small insects too. Not a game changer, BUT...whats the point of having those options if they don't work? I have 5 cameras, 3 outdoor ptz and 2 indoor with latest firmware, and all of them have the same issue.  I have the outdoor lite 4 on the way, my guess is that it'll have the same issue.

  Would anyone from support like to address this? Even if it's, we are working on it and we are aware of the problem, would be fine, but not answering people's questions, makes the product look bad. Just saying :-).
