App will not open - Bug?

Has worked fine for a week, but now the app on my phone will not open.

After posting I received a msg that read Blurams closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after developer provides a fix for this error. 

I have uninstalled/reinstalled..  Still nothing.

    There is a bug in the newest Android app, which causes the app to crash. Our engineers are actively engaged in resolving this issue, please try to reinstall it again.

    Hi same with me today I cannot open the app and do the same thing reinstalled and uninstalled but still doesn't work for my phone I checked on my husband phone the blurams app and his app are working perfectly fine. I dont know what should I do

    I'm having the same problem and the same situation as @lovelyporcal. On my android phone, the app started crashing at start but still works fine on my wife's android phone.

    Yea I'm the same. Stopped working last night as app keeps crashing, I've reset my phone, unistalled/reinstalled app twice. I can see the camera through the website but app won't open on my phone. I'm on a Google pixel 6a.

    @zant Can you report what versions are installed on each one of your Android phones? This could give us a definitive answer. Thanks. It should also push BluRams to fix the app should the latest version be causing all the trouble.

    Been in touch with the help desk and they've given me the following link to download which has worked! I would uninstall the original first.

    Same Problem. App can't opened since today morning.I've reset my phone,5 Times, unistalled/reinstalled app, reset the phone. Nothing helps, app won't open on my phone. Android
