Dust inside outdoor lite 3 lens

Apparently there is dust on the inside of the lens on my outdoor lite 3. How can I fix that? I shows as 3 white spots on the video and makes the image blurry. I was first told I needed to update the foreware by blurams via the discord channel and he was going to show me how and then has never responded. I then reached out via email and was told it’s dust. How can I fix this issue?

  Remove the outer lens completely.
  Had to do it on my outside PTZ camera.
  Broke the outer lens to remove it.
  No more dust or glare from IR after removed. Maybe you can do the same?

  That’s what I have is a the ptz - how did you get the lenses off?

  You have to break it out.
  Unless you want to disassemble the whole PTZ to remove the cover lens.
  I popped mind out with a little steel pick.
  Be careful not to hit the actual camera lens under it.
  There is no other way that I could clean the dust behind it.
  It will stop the IR bubbles that cloud picture.
  You will be able to clean both camera lenses after you remove it.
  I had no problems with the unit after I removed it.
