Doorbell not triggering while hardwired

Once on the stand at the front door it doesn't trigger when someone walks past or anything anymore. I brought the camera for a reason which is doesn't suffice. It just doesn't get triggered by anything anymore since the first month!!!

  Please go to the device setting page>- Notifications>- Motion detection>- Detection distance, switch it to Far, then tap the save at the bottom.
