Blacked out event areas on my time line

Hi,

On the web version, while looking at my timeline, there are greyed out sections (assuming recorded video), Orange lines, (assumed to be events) and then there a numbers areas where the area are black (assuming video lost).

My internet where this camera is located is awesome.  I have other cameras that have no issues.  What could be causing this?  Again this is the web version just below the live view of the camera.  Thanks in advance for any help.

  Hi Chris,

  The black area/line in the timeline is the human shape alert events, it means the camera detects human shape at that time.

  I had the same problem before and I solved by reloading the web. :)
