Dear user, Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand that your camera cannot rotate and shows the "rotation limit reached" notification even after you have rebooted the device. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot: 1. Reset the PTZ of the camera: Keep the camera powered on, tap the PTZ reset button at the upper right corner of the PTZ control panel on the APP live page, then check if the device can rotate up, down, left and right normally. 2. Run self-inspection for the device: Cut off the power of the camera completely, then reconnect the power supply, and observe if the camera can rotate as expected. 3. If the camera rotates normally during the reset or self-inspection process, please check if your mobile network is stable. You can try to change to another network, close the APP completely and restart it, then use the PTZ control buttons on the live page to operate the camera. If the problem still can not be fixed after the above operations, please provide us with the device SN (you can find it in [Camera] - [Preferences] - [Technical Information]) and a short video showing the abnormal phenomenon, so that we can further assist you.
