FORMAL PUBLIC COMPLAINT AGAINST BLURAMS – URGENT HELP NEEDED
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Blurams and the lack of a concrete solution to my situation.
On October 11, 2026, my pet was poisoned and died after someone entered the carport area of my residence. This is a heartbreaking situation, and I am desperately trying to identify the person or persons responsible. I turned to my Blurams security camera, hoping the footage would help me determine what happened.
Unfortunately, I discovered that I could not access recordings from previous days under my current subscription plan. I contacted Blurams customer support and explained that this is not an ordinary request. I am dealing with a serious incident involving the death of my pet, and the video footage could potentially serve as critical evidence.
Blurams informed me that my case had been forwarded to its Product and R&D team and asked me to wait for further updates. While I appreciate that my concern was forwarded, I still need a concrete answer and assistance in determining whether the footage can be recovered.
I understand that subscription plans have limitations. However, I believe customers deserve clear information about recording storage, access to previous footage, and the available options when an urgent situation arises. I am asking Blurams to investigate whether the recordings from October 11 can be located or recovered from any available storage or backup system.
This is not simply a complaint about a subscription. This is about potentially losing important evidence related to the death of my pet.
I am publicly sharing my experience because I need this matter to receive the attention it deserves. I am asking Blurams to take my case seriously, escalate it appropriately, and provide a clear and honest response regarding the possibility of recovering the footage.
I sincerely hope the company will demonstrate compassion, transparency, and accountability by helping me explore every available option.
I am still waiting for a meaningful resolution.
