Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us. I can help you troubleshoot the issue that two of your cameras are not recording to the cloud. Please follow the steps below: 1. Confirm your device has been associated with the cloud storage package: Enter App [Me] -> click [Manage Plans] to view all your subscribed packages. On the package list page, you can associate the 7-day loop recording package to your specified devices, or unassociate the current devices and re-associate them again; 2. Check the cloud recording switch: Enter [Preferences] of your camera -> [Video Storage], confirm that the [Record Video to Cloud] switch is turned on; 3. Check whether the device is manually turned off: Check whether the device is in an enabled status in [Preferences] -> [Device Switch] of the camera; 4. Check the video timeline data source: Enter [Preferences] -> [Video Storage] of your camera, and ensure that the video timeline data source is set to "Cloud". Warm reminder: Our platform only stores videos that are normally uploaded by your device when it is connected to the network during the validity period of the cloud service. There is no storage for videos before the cloud service takes effect, or when the device is offline or does not upload videos. Free packages and AI intelligent detection packages only record motion events, and the recording duration for a single event is 12 seconds. If your issue still persists after trying the above steps, please contact us again for further assistance. Thank you! Blurams Support Team 0
