Dear Customer, Hi, thank you for reaching out to us with your issue and the complete details. For the "failed to connect to server" error you encountered during initial setup, please try the following troubleshooting steps: Since your error shows up immediately when attempting connection, please try these methods first: 1. Disable the IPv6 function on your router - Connect your phone or computer to your router via network cable or Wi-Fi - Enter your router's IP address in a browser, then log in with your management account and password (the default login info is usually printed on the router body label) - Go to Network Settings > WAN Settings (or "Advanced Settings" for some router brands), find the IPv6 option and turn it off - Save the settings and restart your router as prompted. In addition, please note that your Dome Elite 33P only supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, not 5GHz. Please confirm your router has enabled the 2.4GHz band, and set different SSID names for 2.4GHz and 5GHz to avoid connection confusion. 2. Test with a mobile hotspot - Turn on the mobile hotspot function on one phone as a temporary network - Connect your setup phone and the camera to this hotspot, then try adding the device again. If you still get the error, please confirm the hotspot signal is kept stable during setup. If the problem still exists after you try the steps above, please provide the device serial number for us to conduct further investigation. Blurams Support Team 0 -
