I have shared our dog cam, A31, to my wife. She has it in the app showing but cannot control the camera. How do I give her shared control of the camera?

Here are two methods you can use to set up proper shared control permissions: 1. Allow the same account on multiple devices - Ask your wife to download the blurams app, then share your account credentials for her to log in. This will give her identical full permissions as you, including device management and video access. Please note this is recommended only for trusted individuals. 2. Use the camera sharing function (without sharing your account) Since your wife already sees the camera in her app, you can adjust her shared permissions directly: - Open the blurams app on your device, navigate to the A31 camera's [Preferences] - Select [Device Sharing] > Find your wife's account in the shared list - Edit the permissions to include [PTZ Control] (which enables adjusting the camera lens direction), along with other permissions like real-time monitoring and video playback as needed - Save the settings, and your wife will immediately gain the control access she requires Warm reminder: All shared users do not have permission to modify core device preferences such as device switches or event notification settings.
