My Dome Lite 2 (A31) doesn't record anything as a reaction to sound, although microphone is ON and its sensitivity is HIGH, and device is set to SOUND activation

  Hello, regarding your feedback that the Dome Lite 2 (A31) camera cannot respond to sound triggered recording, we would like to inform you that the sound detection function currently does not support the default package and can only be used after purchasing a cloud service package. If you need further information or upgrade your package, we recommend that you contact our after-sales support team directly via email.
