Can't switch back to SD card stream and preferences don't open

Hello, On all my 4 cameras the button to change stream/recording from cloud to SD is gone. Also, if I want to open preferences I'm greeted with a blank page. I'm working in animal protection, these SD videos/stream are crucial for us to access quickly. What on earth is going on with this app???

  I'm having the same issue with all my multiple cameras. I noticed there was a problem when my cameras stopped connecting with Alexa. Also now this morning the cameras are going completely offline randomly.
