“Someone Appearing” but No Video Recorded
AnsweredIn moring I received 3 notifications from the app indicating that someone appeared, but when I checked, no video had been recorded. In fact, there should not have been any person, as the camera is pointed at the hallway in the living room. No one should be there at that time.

Please open the app and go to the device's' Settings' page, find the 'Notifications' option:
