    Regarding the issue you mentioned about the A31 model camera having an invalid Reset button and no response even after replacing the power cord and position (suspected device malfunction), please follow the steps below to confirm:

    1. Please confirm if the method of long pressing the Reset button is correct: * * While the device is powered on, hold down the Reset hole for 10-15 seconds * * until you hear "Reset successful" or a prompt sound before releasing it.
    If there is still no response (no light, no sound, unable to recognize the device), it is preliminarily judged that it may be a hardware failure.

    Since you have tried to replace the power cord and position, the problem still exists. We suggest that you directly contact our after-sales team for testing or replacement. Please submit your purchase voucher and device serial number through the "Help and Feedback" section of the Blurams App or the official after-sales email, and we will process it for you as soon as possible.
