How can my wife and I connect to the same A31 camera to watch our puppy at home?

Hi,
I recently purchased a A31 camera from Amazon two days ago and both me and my wife would like to access the camera via the internet to watch our puppy dog.
She setup her client login and added the camera with WiFi and it works well. However, when I tried to also log in and add the same camera it resets itself and then my wife cannot log in!
What can we do so both me and my wife can access the same camera on our iphones to watch our puppy?

Regarding the issue of you and your wife wanting to use their respective phones to view the same camera at the same time, we offer the following solutions for you:
Correct sharing method (no need to add devices repeatedly)
The same camera can only be bound to one main account (such as your wife's account). You don't need to repeatedly add devices on your phone, otherwise it will cause device reset and mutual disconnection.
Please follow the steps below:
1. * * Main account (wife) settings for sharing
-My wife logged into her Blurams app and went to device * * "Settings">"Device Sharing">"Invite Family" * *.
-Enter your Blurams account (registered email) and send a sharing invitation.
2. * * You accept the invitation
-You log in to your Blurams app and accept the sharing invitation in a message or notification.
-After acceptance, the camera will appear in your app, and you can watch live streams and playback normally, but you cannot modify device settings (unless authorized by the main account).
Attention
-Please do not repeatedly 'add device' on your phone, as this may cause the device to reset.
-The sharing function supports multiple people watching simultaneously without affecting each other.
