Same issue
AnsweredI've been having the same issue, Everytime I open up the blue rounds app my 4G or my 5G LTE drops in and out I have to be on the Wi-Fi to view my cameras what's the point! There has to be some kind of fix, well I hope. Its frustrating when I can get the notifications all day long but I can't view my camera if I'm not at home or not on Wi-Fi. Please someone fix this issue. Given that this is a china-based company I doubt we'll get a resolution soon.. 😢

Hello,
This is the Blurams customer service team.
We understand that you are unable to view camera footage through 4G/5G networks when leaving home. The situation you described - being able to receive notifications but unable to watch live streams, is usually not a problem with the device or app itself, but rather that your phone has not granted Blurams App permission to use mobile data.
This is like a security guard (mobile system) allowing the app to send you messages (notifications), but prohibiting it from entering the door (using data networks) to see what's inside.
###Solution: Authorize the app to use mobile data networks
Please follow the steps below to check and enable the Blurams App's mobile data permissions:
For iPhone users:
1. Open your phone * * "Settings" * *.
2. Scroll down to find the * * "Blurams" * * App and click to enter.
3. Find the "Cellular Network" or "Mobile Data" options.
4. Ensure that the switch on its right side is in the * * open state * * (green). In this way, when you leave Wi Fi, the app can use mobile data.
For Android users (different brands of phones may have slightly different paths):**
1. Open your phone * * "Settings" * *.
2. Go to * * "Application Management" * * or * * "Applications" * *>and find * * "Blurams" * *.
3. Click on * * "Traffic Usage" * * or * * "Permission Management" * *>Click on * * "Mobile Data" * * or * * "Network Control" * *.
4. Ensure that the checkboxes for * * "Wi Fi" * * and * * "Mobile Data" * * are both checked * *. It is usually recommended to allow 'backend data' at the same time to maintain smooth notifications.
After completing the above settings, please turn off Wi Fi and reopen the Blurams App on a 4G/5G network. The problem should be resolved.
Although we are the "Chinese company" you mentioned, solving user problems is our primary responsibility. The root of this issue lies in the permissions of the mobile phone system, which is not related to the country where the company is located. I hope this clear setup guide can help you! If there are still problems after completing the setup, please feel free to contact us at any time.0
