    It seems like your cameras may have gone offline due to the new Wi-Fi password change. When the Wi-Fi password is updated, you will need to reconnect your Blurams cameras to the network with the new credentials.

    Here’s how you can do that:

    1. Re-add the Device:
    - If your camera is offline, you need to reconnect it to the Wi-Fi network by re-adding the device. You can do this by using the [Troubleshooting] button on the device list, selecting [Update Wi-Fi], or directly adding a new device.

    2. Update Wi-Fi Connection (Online Device):
    - If your camera is still online and you want to update its Wi-Fi connection:
    - Go to the device's [Preferences/Settings] -> [Network Info] -> [Update Wi-Fi].
    - The camera will automatically scan for available Wi-Fi networks.
    - Select your new Wi-Fi network, enter the new password, and the camera will attempt to connect.

    3. Check the Wi-Fi Details:
    - Ensure that your phone and camera are connected to the same 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Most Blurams cameras, except for A33, require a connection to a 2.4GHz network.

    4. Placement and Network Strength:
    - Place the camera close to your Wi-Fi router to ensure a strong connection.
    - Make sure the router is not overloaded with too many devices connected. Try disconnecting some devices if necessary.

    If your problems persist despite these steps, feel free to reach out again for further assistance.

    To better assist you further, could you please provide details about your camera model? Are you encountering any specific error messages or light patterns on your camera?
