Thank you for sharing your experience with the camera. I understand how frustrating it can be when the mounting doesn't meet expectations. Let’s see how we can assist you with this situation:
Problem Analysis:
- Mounting issues may arise from incompatibility with the location or surface, or limitations in the design of the base.
Recommendations for Mounting:
- Check for Alternate Mounting Options: Consider using universal mounting brackets that might provide a better fit for your location. If your camera model supports various mounting types, explore those options.
- Surface Compatibility: Ensure the surface is suitable for mounting. Sometimes using adhesive strips or additional screws may help secure the camera more effectively.
- Improvisation: Explore creative solutions such as placing the camera on a shelf, or using a clamp to hold it in place, if the standard mounting isn’t feasible.
Tips for Using SD Card:
- Ensure the SD card is properly formatted as FAT32, as this is the required format for compatibility.
- The SD card should have a storage capacity between 8GB and 128GB. Ensure the SD card data switch is enabled for proper functioning.
Cloud Service Consideration:
- Even though you’ve canceled your cloud subscription, remember that Cloud Service provides theftproof storage and features like continuous recording and facial recognition on some models in case you decide to resume it.
Assurance:
I understand your disappointment with the mounting, but rest assured the camera itself can deliver great functionality. Utilizing SD card storage, you can continue to benefit from its core features without relying on cloud services.
Future Assistance:
To better assist you in the future, please provide specific information about your device model and details about the mounting location. Should you face further issues or wish to explore other functions, don’t hesitate to reach out for additional support.
