    Check Subscription Status:
    Ensure the Cloud Service is associated with the intended device in the app under [Me]-[Manage Plans].
    Verify the subscription details in [Manage Plans] to ensure the plan is active.
    Check if cloud recording is enabled in the device [Preferences/Settings] -> [Storage] by turning on [Record video to the cloud].

    Subscription Confirmation:
    PayPal payments involve automatic renewals, which are processed automatically. If you've paid, the service activation is generally immediate, within five minutes.

    Troubleshoot Email Receipt:
    If you haven't received a confirmation email, check your spam, trash, or junk mail folders.

    If the subscription is still not visible or you encounter further issues, I recommend contacting our support team with the payment details such as the device's MAC address and a PayPal payment screenshot for assistance.
