The ability to store video data on a local device like a SIM card depends on the type of storage supported by the camera. Blurams cameras typically use an SD card for local storage rather than a SIM card. If you're referring to an SD card, here's how you can maximize its usage:

    1. SD card Format and Capacity: Ensure your SD card is formatted to FAT32 and has a capacity between 8GB and 128GB. This format allows the camera to properly read/write data.

    2. Recording Modes: You can switch the camera's settings to use different recording modes to manage storage efficiently:
    - Event Recording: The camera records video data to the SD card only when an event is detected (like motion or sound).
    - All-Day Recording: The device continuously records video data to the SD card. This mode will utilize more storage space and may wear out the SD card faster due to constant writing.

    3. Switching Modes:
    - Enter the device's [Preferences/Settings] -> [Video Storage] and select SD card recording mode.
    - You can adjust the recording setting to either event or all-day recording as per your requirement.

    4. Enable SD card switches: Ensure both the "SD card read and write switch" and "SD card recording switch" are turned on. These ensure the device actively records video data to the SD card.

    5. Cloud and SD card Recording: When combined, cloud service allows backup storage, while SD card offers local storage. However, your situation focuses on SD card usage without active cloud service.

Please remember that storage capacity is finite, and older recordings will be overwritten when the SD card is full due to space limitations. Make sure to regularly backup important videos to avoid losing them.

If you face any issues regarding storage or need further clarification, feel free to ask for additional assistance.
